General Membership Meeting March 2nd, 7:00 p.m.,
Membership is open to all interested persons living in the Tidewater Virginia area.
Members in good standing shall meet the following requirements:
• Pay annual dues set forth in the current by-laws.
• Attend at least two regular meetings per calendar year.
• Work at least two events approved by the board.
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship, proper etiquette, and regard for his/her fellow members, exhibitors, spectators, etc. at all times.
• Individuals with special circumstances who are unable to to meet the above requirements may make a written application (each year) to have them waived by a membership vote.

Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m., on the first Tuesday, of each month at the BAOC training building. Board meetings are held every other month at 6:00 p.m.
